Chapter 1
Dave Meets A Real Princess

One day a beautiful young princess named Anneliese was in Los Angeles when all of a sudden she saw the most gorgeous guy that she has ever seen in her whole life. She wanted to go over to him but she knew that he wasn't a prince since she is a princess and that she can't be with someone who isn't a prince.
ANNELIESE: He is so gorgeous, but he isn't a prince and I can't be with him because I'm a princess. And the law is that a princess must be with a prince. You know what, who cares about that. I think a princess should get to be with whom ever she wants to be with whether he is a prince or not.
She walks over to him and taps him on the shoulder.
ANNELIESE: Hi, there, I'm new in town. What's your name?
When he turned around he instantly fell in love with the princess only he didn't know that she was a princess at first.
THE GORGEOUS GUY: Hi, welcome. My name is David Seville, but you can call me Dave.
ANNELIESE: You can call me Anneliese.
DAVE: So Anneliese do you have a place to stay yet?
ANNELIESE: No, I don't. I just got here today so I didn't have time to search for a place to stay.
DAVE: Well then I insist you stay with me.
ANNELIESE: Are you sure?
DAVE: Yes, I'm sure.
ANNELIESE: Then I would love to.
An hour later Anneliese and Dave were at Dave's house.
DAVE (called out): Guys I'm home.
All of a sudden 3 chipmunks and 3 chipettes ran over to Dave. Anneliese couldn't believe her eyes.
ANNELIESE: You have 6 pet chipmunks.
DAVE: They're not my pets.
THE CHIPMUNKS: We're his kids.
ANNELIESE: Kids, Dave?
DAVE: Yeah, well I adopted them.
ANNELIESE: All 6 of them.
DAVE: No, just Alvin, Simon and Theodore.
ANNELIESE: What about the chipettes?
DAVE: They are the boys' girlfriends.
ANNELIESE: Girlfriends?
ALVIN: My girlfriend is Brittany.
SIMON: Jeanette is my girlfriend.
THEODORE: And Eleanor is my girlfriend.
ANNELIESE: Yeah, I could see that.
BRITTANY: I love your dress.
ANNELIESE: Thank you, Brittany.
DAVE: Guys this is Anneliese and she will be staying with us for awhile.
ALVIN: Welcome to our home, Anneliese.
ANNELIESE: Thank you, Alvin.
A few minutes later Dave showed Anneliese to her room.
DAVE: This will be your room, Anneliese.
Anneliese was looking around her new room.
DAVE: So what do you think?
ANNELIESE: It's great, thanks Dave.
DAVE: I'll think I'll leave you alone to get settled into your new room for awhile.
ANNELIESE: Thanks, again Dave.
Soon as Dave left Anneliese closed the door.
ANNELIESE: Oh my god, he is so drop dead sexy. But who am I kidding he must already have someone special. Besides I'm a princess and he's not a prince, but in my heart he is a prince.
~Meanwhile with Dave and the chipmunks and the chipettes~
ALVIN: Dave what was that look you were giving Anneliese?
DAVE: I don't know what you're talking about Alvin.
SIMON: I think what Alvin is trying to say is; Are you in love with Anneliese?
DAVE: Well now that you mention it, I am in love with her. But please don't tell her that I am.
THE CHIPMUNKS AND THE CHIPETTES: Why?
DAVE: I have to be the one to tell her.
BRITTANY: Are you going to tell her?
DAVE: Why?
JEANETTE: So she'll know that you are?
DAVE: I will when I'm ready.
ELEANOR: Are you ready now?
DAVE: No, I'm not ready.
THEODORE: Why?
DAVE: Well what if she doesn't feel the same way about me. Besides she probably already has someone special back home where she lives.
THEODORE: Dave?
DAVE: Yes, Theodore.
THEODORE: Do you think, Anneliese is a princess?
DAVE: What makes you think that Theodore?
THEODORE: Her dress and the way she walks?
DAVE: Even if she is a princess, but I doubt that she is she can't be with me.
THEODORE: Why is that?
DAVE: Because I'm not a prince and only princes can be with princesses. Besides I don't think she really is a princess.
THEODORE: What makes you think that she is not?
DAVE: Well usually princesses wears a tiara and Anneliese isn't wearing a tiara.
SIMON: She probably took it off so that no one will know that she is a princess.
DAVE: That is if she is a princess. Princess or not she is the most beautiful girl that I have ever met.
A few minutes later Anneliese came out of her room and wanted to talk to the chipmunks and chipettes in her room. Now they are with Anneliese in her room.
BRITTANY: Anneliese why did you want to talk to us?
ANNELIESE: I wanted to talk to you about Dave.
BRITTANY: What about Dave?
ANNELIESE: The truth is I'm in love with him, but I'm too shy to tell him for fear that he doesn't feel the same way about me.
THEODORE: Why are you in love with Dave?
ANNELIESE: He is the most gorgeous guy I've ever met.
ALVIN: Anneliese can I ask you something?
ANNELIESE: You can ask me anything, Alvin.
ALVIN: Do you have someone special back home?
ANNELIESE: Well...yes and no.
ALVIN: What does that mean?
ANNELIESE: I had someone special, but now I don't.
BRITTANY: Who was your special someone?
ANNELISE: My husband, MJ.
THE CHIPMUNKS AND THE CHIPETTES: Husband!?!
ALVIN: What happened?
ANNELIESE: You see, my husband, MJ *sniffs* died on June 25, 2009, here in Los Angeles right before he was going to do his "This Is It" concert tour at the London's O2 Arena.
THE CHIPETTES: We're sorry about your loss.
ANNELIESE: Thank you, girls.
ALVIN: Anneliese, are you a princess?
ANNELIESE: What makes you think that I am?
ALVIN: Your dress and the way you walk.
ANNELIESE: Just because I wear a fancy dress and walk a certain way doesn't make me a princess, which I am not.
ALVIN: Ok, just wanted to make sure.
ANNELIESE: By the way please don't tell Dave that I'm in love with him.
ALVIN: Why?
ANNELIESE: I have to be the one to tell him. When I'm ready to tell him that is.
Later that night Dave was in his bed dreaming about Anneliese. Anneliese was in her bed dreaming about Dave.

Chapter 2
This Is It

It's been a week since Anneliese met Dave, Alvin, Simon, Theodore, Brittany, Jeanette and Eleanor. Anneliese was in her room thinking about whether or not she wants to tell Dave her feelings for him today or not. Just then the Chipmunks and Chipettes walked into Anneliese's room.
BRITTANY: Excuse me, Anneliese.
ANNELIESE: Yes, Brittany.
BRITTANY: The 6 of us were wondering when you were going to tell Dave your feelings for him?
ANNELIESE: I was thinking about telling him today but I'm not so sure now.
ELEANOR: Why is that?
ANNELIESE: I just don't know how I'm going to tell him, Eleanor.
ALVIN: Can you sing?
ANNELIESE: Of course I can sing, Alvin.
ALVIN: Then why don't you sing Dave a song to tell him how you feel about him.
ANNELIESE: That is not a bad idea, Alvin.
JEANETTE: What song are you going to sing?
ANNELIESE: That will be a surprise Jeanette.
So the Chipmunks and Chipettes left to give Anneliese time to get ready to sing her song to Dave to tell him how she feels about him.
ANNELIESE: What song am I going to sing to Dave to tell him how I feel about him?
Then it dawned on her.
ANNELIESE: I know what song I could sing to Dave.
A few minutes later Anneliese was in Dave's living room with Dave, the Chipmunks and the Chipettes on the couch.
DAVE: Anneliese, why did you want us all here?
ANNELIESE: Well Dave, I'm going to be singing a song.
THEODORE: What song are you going to sing?
ANNELIESE: "This Is It" by my deceased husband, MJ.
DAVE: Deceased husband?
ANNELIESE: I'll explain later Dave. By the way this song is dedicated to Dave.
DAVE: Me? Why?
ANNELIESE: You'll see Dave, you'll see. Just listen to the song very closely and you'll know why I'm dedicating this song to you.
Now Anneliese is singing "This Is It" by Michael Jackson.
ANNELIESE (singing): Ready?

DAVE: That was a week ago.
ANNELIESE: Yeah, I know. So why did you sing your song to me?
DAVE: Because I'm in love with you.
ANNELIESE: You're in love with me?
DAVE: Yes I am.
ANNELIESE: For how long?
DAVE: Like you said from the moment I met you. So Anneliese tell me about this husband of yours?
ANNELIESE: Well Dave like I said my husband is deceased.
DAVE: Meaning...?
ANNELIESE: Meaning that *sniffs* he died on June 25, 2009.
DAVE: Where was he when he died?
ANNELIESE: Here in Los Angeles.
DAVE: I thought this was your first time in Los Angeles?
ANNELIESE: Oh, it is my first time here. My husband MJ, was here rehearsing for his This Is It concert tour at the London's O2 Arena.
DAVE: What is MJ short for?
ANNELIESE: I'm sorry, Dave but I promise MJ that I wouldn't tell what MJ stood for after he was gone.
DAVE: Also how come you never told me that you were once married?
ANNELIESE: That's simple you never asked.
ALVIN: Would you two stop talking and start kissing each other?
So Dave pulled Anneliese close and started kissing her passionately and the Chipmunks and Chipettes were cheering. As Dave kissed Anneliese her foot popped. A few minutes later Dave broke the kiss.
ANNELIESE: WOW!!! Dave, you're a great kisser.
DAVE: I could say the same about you.
Later that night Dave was in his bed dreaming about having Anneliese move in to his room so that he can have her sleep in his embrace. Anneliese was in her bed dreaming about sleeping in Dave's embrace.

Chapter 3
Before The Truth Came Out

The next day Anneliese and Dave were sitting on the couch with Anneliese in Dave's embrace.
DAVE: Starshine what were you doing in your room for the past week before we told each other our feelings for each other yesterday?
ANNELIESE: Well I was on my laptop listening to and singing some songs and most of the songs I dedicated them to you and every once in awhile the Chipmunks and Chipettes came in and sometimes they helped me sing the songs when there was more than one voice for the song.
DAVE: So what was one of the songs you sang?
ANNELIESE: Well....
~Flashback almost a week ago~
Anneliese is in her room on her laptop about to listen to and sing some songs when the Chipmunks and Chipettes came in.
THE CHIPMUNKS AND CHIPETTES: Hi, Anneliese.
ANNELIESE: Hi. What are you 6 doing here?
BRITTANY: We were wondering why you have been in her room the whole time you've been here?
ANNELIESE: Well, Brittany the reason why is because I can't go out there and face Dave.
BRITTANY: Why?
ANNELIESE: Because I'm so much in love with him that I can't stand to be in the same room as him.
BRITTANY: Why can't you?
ANNELIESE: I just can't ok.
BRITTANY: I still think you should tell him you're in love with him?
ANNELIESE: I won't say I'm in love to him just yet.
When Anneliese said that it reminded her of a song called "I Won't Say (I'm In Love)" from Hercules sung by Meg and the Muses.
ANNELIESE: Brittany how would you like to help me sing a song right now?
BRITTANY: I would love to. What song are we going to sing?

DAVE: That wasn't the only song you sang was it?
ANNELIESE: No it wasn't. I sang to and/or listened to one song each day.
DAVE: What were the other songs that you sang?
ANNELIESE: I can't remember some of them.
DAVE: Oh that's ok.
ANNELIESE: Thanks, Dave.
Dave pulled Anneliese closer to him and started kissing her passionately. The Chipmunks and Chipettes came over and saw them kissing.
ALVIN: Everytime I turn around I always see them kiss.

A few minutes later Dave and Anneliese broke their kiss.
THEODORE: Dave, Anneliese how can you breathe?
DAVE: What are you talking about Theodore?
ANNELIESE: I think that he is talking about when we were kissing.
THEODORE: Yeah that I was.
DAVE: Oh, well, Theodore, I just love kissing her.
ANNELIESE: And I love kissing Dave.
DAVE: I guess when we start kissing each other we just can't stop.
ANNELIESE: How true that is.
When Anneliese said those four words she started to miss her favorite uncle.
DAVE: What's wrong, starshine?
ANNELIESE: What? Oh nothing.
DAVE: Are you sure?
ANNELIESE: Yes I'm sure.
DAVE: Than why did you get a little upset after you said "How true that is."
ANNELIESE: Dave please don't say that.
DAVE: Why not?
ANNELIESE: Well the truth is "How true that is" is the catchphrase of The Mad Hatter in Wonderland.
DAVE: You mean from the book Alice in Wonderland.
ANNELIESE: Not from the book.
DAVE: Why is that?
ANNELIESE: Because well I guess I must tell you the truth.
DAVE: What truth?
ANNELIESE: You see, The Mad Hatter is actually my uncle, my father's twin brother Tarrance Hightopp. But when I'm with him in Wonderland he let's me called him Uncle Hatter. Also he is my favorite uncle, the fact that he is my only uncle is why he is my favorite uncle.
DAVE: Are you from Wonderland?
ANNELIESE: Not exactly. I live in Underland which is similar to Wonderland but not as bright as Wonderland is and my father Tarrant Hightopp is known as The Mad Hatter in Underland.
DAVE: I thought your uncle was The Mad Hatter?
ANNELIESE: Both my uncle and father are The Mad Hatter. My uncle is The Mad Hatter in Wonderland and my father is The Mad Hatter in Underland. Remember I said that my uncle is my father's twin brother.
DAVE: Can we meet your father and uncle?
ANNELIESE: The only way for you to meet them is that you have to go to Wonderland and Underland to see them.
DAVE: Can't they come here?
ANNELIESE: No they can't.
DAVE: Why can't they?
ANNELIESE: Well if any of the Wonderlanders or Underlanders journey to this world they will either get suck and can't return or they will disappear and never come back.
DAVE: How does one travel to Wonderland or Underland?
ANNELIESE: You have to go down a rabbit hole to get to Underland and walk through a mirror to get to Wonderland.
DAVE: Would any mirror do?
ANNELIESE: No. There is only one special mirror and I'm the one that has it and it's in my room here.
DAVE: I've never seen it in your room.
ANNELIESE: That's because I have it hidden.
Later that night Dave was in his bed dreaming about Anneliese sleeping in his embrace. Anneliese was in her bed dreaming about Dave and seeing her Uncle Hatter again because she misses her Uncle Hatter.

Wow, you must have had a lot of time on your hands (The Mad Hatter's Wife) to write a truly kinda of unbelievable story. I read this story three times and the ending is terrible. Do you always write incomplete stories. I see you have a lot of stories and poems on this website. Are you a mediator. You did not even write the ending of this story called 01 Dave's Royal Girlfriend what is the point or meaning of this fairy tale. Monanicamichael just does not get the meaning of this poem or story. Can you tell me what is really going on because you used about 7 pages of quality time that I, Monanicamichael, could have used to write a one sentence poem to my friend MJJ> E-mail me back (The Mad Hatter's Wife).

LOL!! Let me give you a real answear! - What's funny is that you keep referring to yourself in the third person. Also, your comments toward The Mad Hatter's Wife are quite rude. No one is forcing you to read her stories. If you find them "unbeliavable, unsophisticated" that is something else. She is not supposed to give you any explanation for her stories - it's her story. If you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. The writer might get offended and then this forum loses its purpose as it becomes very unfriendly.

I have more chapters coming but I haven't gotten around to writing them because I've been extremely busy with all my newer stories and I've kinda lost interest in writing this story for awhile.

On another note it would be nice for you to finish a story you posted Mad Hatter's Wife, even though it is up to you if your finish a story or not, but if you did finish it then people can read the whole thing & leave maybe more postive feedback.
