| MICHAEL Jackson's controversial doctor is expected to be charged with manslaughter as the police probe into the star's sudden death comes to a conclusion. According to celebrity website TMZ the case will be presented to the District Attorney's office within weeks.
Police sources say Dr Conrad Murray, who repeatedly injected the King of Pop with a powerful anaesthetic, will probably face a charge of involuntary manslaughter, which requires proof of gross negligence for a conviction.
However, the case is complicated because Dr Murray did nothing illegal in giving Jackson Propofol, which is normally only administered in hospitals.
Jackson died suddenly last June, aged 50, days before he was due to star in a series of concerts at London's 02 Arena. | |

| if he was found guilty , then i think the best punishment for him is to gather the fans ( whos going to be in millions of people ) and bring him and tell them to do anything for him seriously, i will want him to be excuted or jailed for life if he was guilty!!!!!!!!!!! | |
