how do we become a moderator and what do the moderators do?

to become a moderator one of admin will either put a topic in this section saying that we have a position for a moderator open or if some cases we message a member offering them the position as we believe they are the best person for the role etc.

the moderators job is to watch the section of the forum they are put to moderator and to move topics that need moving, etc or if they believe someone isn't respecting other members etc then they will inform one of admin and we'll step and deal with it....

i guess in away you can say their another set of eyes to help keep the forum running smoothly etc
