JURY TO SEE MICHAEL JACKSON DEATH PHOTOS

PICTURES of Michael Jackson after he died will be shown to jurors at the trial of his doctor.

Among the snaps will be images from his post mortem examination.

Judge Michael Pastor has ruled prosecutors can also screen segments of the concert movie This Is It to show jurors the pop star’s mental and physical state in the days before he died in June 2009.

But he warned: “I don’t think this should be entertainment.”

The defence had asked to bar autopsy snaps, saying the images would inflame the passions of the jury.

Houston-based heart expert Dr Conrad Murray, 57, has pleaded not guilty to the involuntary manslaughter of the King Of Pop.

He is accused of giving the star a lethal dose of propofol in the bedroom of his rented mansion.

Murray’s attorneys have suggested the singer may have given himself the fatal dose.
