Tom Barrack Talks About Neverland's Future

Colony Capital's Tom Barrack recently spoke to Bloomberg Television about his investments and he said that his plans are to restore the Neverland Ranch to it's former glory.

“Our plans have been to work to restore it to its original greatness. The place is amazing. It has not only the beautiful spirit and softness of Michael, but a legacy of a thousand years of Indian culture that had transacted upon it. We have just been restoring it, renovating it.”

Barrack went on to say that he wasn't looking to do anything "commercial" with the property but that he is waiting for the administrators of the Michael Jackson Estate and Katherine Jackson to decide what they wish to do with the Ranch in conjunction with Colony Capital.
